Home Health Aide

Job Description:
Provide personal health care to client in their residence. Assist in providing safe and clean enviroment, work co-op with patient and family and share observation/problems with supervisor. Works under supervision of RN.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma preferred. Licensure: Must have current drivers license. Experience: At least 1 year in last 24 months as HHA or Nurses Assistant in a hospital, nursing home or home health agency, or completion of Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide Program within last 24 months. Skills: Must be able to read and write, follow written and verbal instructions in English. Demonstrate intrest in welfare of ill or elderly. Proof of current CPR, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis profile. Aide Competency Eval Skills Checklist and written skills test. Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current liability insurance.
