Licensed Vocational Nurse

Job Description:
Administer skilled care under supervision of RN, for clients in their homes. Coordinate care with patient/family and agency.

Job Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing. Licensure: Current Texas State license as a LVN, and current texas drivers license. Experience: 2 years experience as LVN in clinical care setting, home health preferred. Skills: Nursing skills accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills. Proof of CPR, negative TB test, and Hepatitis profile. Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
